A green belt is an area designated to preserve nature or open space. They may be large recreational parks, undeveloped wilderness, or agricultural land. Development on this land is severely restricted.  

In Hong Kong, all taxi drivers must hold a government-regulated taxi permit. These permits are strictly controlled, with prices fluctuating between AUD 600,000 and AUD 900,000. Permit holders are subject to safety and quality regulations. However, drivers on ride-sharing apps operate without these permits and are technically illegal, though enforcement is inconsistent. Recently, traditional taxi owners conducted an undercover operation to report Uber drivers, but little to no arrests or penalties followed.

Automated vehicles range from having basic driver assistance to full self-driving capabilities. Most cars with partial automation require an attentive human driver, even when the vehicle can steer, accelerate, and brake on its own. They may also allow drivers to disengage in limited and certain conditions. By contrast, fully self-driving cars operate without a human driver but are limited to designated areas. Currently, they are predominantly used to provide taxi services and private ownership of fully self-driving cars is limited and restricted.

Altruistic surrogacy is when the surrogate does not make a profit from the arrangement. The commissioning parent(s) might, however, repay the cost of medical, legal, and any pregnancy and birth related expenses.
Commercial surrogacy allows the surrogate to receive payment or compensation beyond the reimbursment of reasonable expenses related to the preganacy and birth.
