The institutionalisation of art includes but is not limited to the emphasis on formal art training in standardised curricular, the recognition of art through its placement in formal institutions (e.g. museums and galleries) and the requirement of academic credentials (e.g. university degrees in art)

The Double Reduction Policy is a Chinese education policy issued in 2021 that aimed to fix problems with China's high stakes exam-oriented education system, including reducing homework and after-school tutoring for primary and secondary school students and the physical and mental health consequences of both. The government made all profitable extra-curricular tutoring institutions illegal and legislated a reduced homework load. Before the policy was implemented, China's private tutoring industry was estimated to be worth around $100 billion and employed 15 million people. 

Modern dating culture is characterised by a shift in values and priorities to (among other things) a greater acceptance of non-traditional relationships and a decreased emphasis on labels and commitment. The principle of complementarity means that the International Criminal Court (ICC) will only prosecute an individual if states are unwilling or unable to prosecute. Therefore, if legitimate national investigations or proceedings into crimes have taken place or are ongoing the Court will not initiate proceedings. This principle applies regardless of the outcome of national proceedings. Even if an investigation is closed without any criminal charges being filed or if an accused person is acquitted by a national court the Court will not prosecute an individual for the crime in question so long as it is satisfied that the national proceedings were legitimate. 

The Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD) is a strategic partnership between the United States, Japan, India and Australia focused on promoting a free, open and inclusive Indo-Pacific region. Originally formed in 2007 and revived in 2017, the QUAD engages in diplomatic, economic and security cooperation, including military exercises and infrastructure initiatives.
